When you book a coaching session or interact with our site, we may collect your name, email address, and any goals or notes you share through our booking system (Cal.com). We do not collect payment information directly — all payments are processed through PayPal.

Everything discussed in coaching sessions is confidential. We will never share details of your sessions, goals, or progress with anyone without your explicit written consent.
We use the following third-party services: Cal.com for scheduling, PayPal for billing, Vercel for hosting and analytics, and Hotjar for analytics. Each of these services has their own privacy policies governing how they handle your data.
We use Vercel Analytics and Hotjar to understand how visitors interact with our site. Vercel Analytics collects anonymized page view and performance data. Hotjar may collect anonymized usage data such as pages visited, clicks, scrolling behavior, and device information. Neither service tracks you across other websites. You can opt out of Hotjar tracking at any time at hotjar.com/policies/do-not-track.
